That’s a shame, because if you skip Wilson you’re missing out on some of the best tacos in the state. Although their menu is not strictly Mexican, the “Taste of Mexico” section offers tacos ala carte or in orders of three, and you can choose from carne asada, el pastor, chicken tinga, and mahi mahi, all garnished with fresh pico, cilantro, and wedges of lime. It’s all served up with Mexican slaw on the side.
