Don West, who was one of the iconic voices of TNA Wrestling, has passed away at the age of 59 years old. West’s passing was announced by his longtime commentary partner Mike Tenay, who stated that West’s wife confirmed Don had passed away after his long fight with Brain Lymphoma. West previously discussed his diagnosis in June of 2021, and he would go into remission after chemotherapy. He would unfortunately have to fight it again when the cancer returned in December of 2021, and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. You can find Tenay and Impact Wrestling’s tributes to Don West below (via The Wrestling Observer).

Just heard from wife Terri that our brother @DonWestDeals will be spending New Years in heaven. Terri said D-Dub finally had to tap out from his match with lymphoma. We bonded as soon as we met, both as broadcast partners and friends. Years of great moments both on and off camera
