The Fourth of July happens to fall on a weekend this year, which makes celebrating the holiday super convenient. And what says “4th of July” more than fireworks displays? Although we can’t possibly name off every fireworks display in every little town in Nebraska, here are 24 of them that you can enjoy with family and friends.
Alma

North Platte

Ogallala

Omaha
flickr/Jason Mrachina Omaha has quite a few fireworks displays, but one of the most impressive is the one held at TD Ameritrade Park on Thursday, July 3rd. The fireworks show will go on following the TD Ameritrade College Home Run Derby, which begins at 7:30 pm.
Oshkosh

Then wake up on the 4th for a parade, lunch at the park, pie and ice cream social, and several other family-friendly events. Fireworks start when it gets dark.

Seward
